User Data Deletion Instructions

These User Data Deletion Instructions are provided for Facebook/Meta app review and for users of STARFILL (starfill.shop), including users who interact via the website, related apps, or Facebook Login.

1. Data we may store

Account data: name/display name, email, login identifiers.
Order and fulfillment data: products, payment status, delivery records.
If Facebook Login is used: Facebook user ID and profile fields you authorized.
Technical logs: IP address, device/browser data, security and fraud-prevention records.

2. How to request deletion

Email support@starfill.shop with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
Include: registered email, username or user ID, Facebook user ID (if any), and enough detail for us to verify the request.
If you started deletion from Facebook settings, state that the request originated from Facebook.

3. Process and timing

After we verify a valid request, we delete or anonymize personal account data within 30 days (often sooner).
When complete, we send a confirmation to the requesting email if still deliverable.
Some transaction records may be retained for legal, accounting, anti-fraud, or dispute obligations, with access limited and identifiers removed where possible.

4. Facebook Login users

If you used Facebook Login, deletion includes disconnecting your Facebook user ID from our service and deleting authorized profile data we stored, except where retention is legally required. You may also remove the app’s access in your Facebook settings.
